Liv's Stargrace Foundation was founded by Rebecca and Joel Perrotto — Olivia's parents — in her memory and in response to her wishes.

Rebecca Perrotto

President, Chairman of the Board & Treasurer

Rebecca is Olivia's mother and the driving force behind this foundation. An accountant by training, she fought medical institutions, insurance companies, and bureaucratic roadblocks for five years on Olivia's behalf — and now she channels that same determination into making sure other families don't face those fights alone.

Joel Perrotto

Vice-President & Secretary

Joel is Olivia's father and co-founder of the foundation. A manufacturing professional and the family's faith anchor, he has been the primary public storyteller of Olivia's journey and carries her memory with both grief and gratitude.
